“This place is a hidden gem. Food and service were excellent. Hard to find great or even good German food nowadays. We had Rouladen, Sauerbraten and Osso Buco, all were excellent. Exceeded our expectations, we’ll be going back for sure. Servers and chef/kitchen staff were fantastic.“

“The best Corned Beef around. Stopped in for a sandwich and all I can say is WOW! Added the homemade coleslaw and it was amazing! Great Views of the river abd sun was shining on the beautiful stained glass window accents. Service was great! Price was fair and we will return!“

“My waiter was good and friendly. I sat in covered patio. I ordered a spring salad with shrimp. blackberries, grapefruit, candied pecans, arugula and berry vinaigrette and a side of Mac n cheese. The salad was missing the pecans but I forgot until I left, I thought something was missing. However, the shrimp was perfectly cooked. The ratio of shrimp to half portion was good. Mac N Cheese was ok. Noodles were undercooked and some still hard/crunchy edges and cheese sauce was just average and a bit gritty/thick. However, I was not expecting my meal to be served with plastic wrapped plastic utensils. a take home box for salad and a take home container for dining in. That was disappointing. the table of eight next to me was a bit shocked too to get their meals in to go cardboard containers.“

“I had a chance to swing in last week and it's a nice, comfortable setting. The food was excellent if you are interested in Austrian/German bites. The people working here were super nice compared to similar tyes of places in the area. They even had a 50% off beer special going on! I will be returning for sure.“

“Tonight we went out to eat with 9 people. The food and service were amazing, but that actually isn’t even the reason I’m leaving this review. This is the first time my autistic son has been out to eat for this length of time. I felt this restaurant was super laid back and a great family atmosphere. They have an are with claw machines for the kids to try out and get up while they wait for their food. I feel like there aren’t many restaurants anymore like this and it was a game changer for us. It would definitely have me going back to go out eat there again because of it. Thank you for having such a wonderful place for families to go out to eat.“

“We needed a place for dinner while driving home from a weekend getaway. We luckily found Bobbers thanks to reviews on Google Maps. Boy were we glad we went! Lake perch fish fry was fantastic as were the grilled shrimp and curly fries. Can’t wait to go back on a nice day and sit outdoors with a beautiful lake view!“
