“Yum! Yum!!! Great food, good service and nice environment. Tried the Cinnamon Pancakes with the two-egg platter. Very tasty and very filling, with generous portions at reasonable prices. Nice place... looks clean and has a traditional diner feel to it. Staff was helpfull and courteous.Parking: Plenty of free parking.“
“I came here after a couple of morning appointments and have not eaten for 20 hrs. I needed to refuel for more appointments that day and wanted a good heavy breakfast. This was my first time. Service was fast and my cup of coffee was never left halfway empty. I had 3 eggs with corned beef hash and I like the fact that my corned beef hash was not dry and perfectly seasoned. I almost finish the entire dish ? and honestly, the serving is a lot ? Will explore other dishes next time.“
“This place is great. The food is always good and I've not had a bad meal there once. Service has always been fast and friendly. My only complaint about the "Atmosphere" is that it can sometimes feel a little cramped.Parking: It's a shared parking lot and it can get a little full around lunch time.“
“This may be our new favorite breakfast restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food was wonderful. We split the Shamrock Benedict and the Carmelized Apple & Pecan Pancakes. Both were fantastic. The corned beef hash and hollandaise in the Shamrock Benedict both had unique flavors that elevated the classic versions. The pancakes were to die for - not too tart and not too sweet, and the pancakes themselves were absolutely perfect. We can't wait to come back and try other dishes.“
“Our company catered a delicious lunch from Maple & Hash today for 20 employees. It was very good. The sandwiches, wraps, mac & cheese, and salads were prepared to perfection! It was a great treat for our entire team. Thank you Maple & Hash for making it so easy!“
“First time coming here as we wanted to give it a try since we have been looking for a good breakfast spot since we moved out in the area.Came in, at first look was very busy and people were already very friendly. Our server was on point and the busboys were on it with filling coffee and water, plus picking up plates. Even someone who looked like the owner also was checking on us and cleaning etc.Best service I have experienced in awhile.Food was super good as well. Enjoyed a delicious skillet, my husband had a really good skirt steak and my son had a huge omelet.Definitely coming back again.“
“My family likes to try different places for breakfast and this was the first time any of us have been to this restaurant. The food was delicious, the coffee was just as good, the wait staff was attentive without being smothering and overall, we collectively enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.“
“My favorite breakfast place by far. The food is always amazing and the service is incredible. I got the biscuit love and the chicken was cooked perfect, the breading was crispy and flavorful, the biscuits were soft and sweet yet savory, the portions are huge and very much worth the price. I’m a big Starbucks girly and the iced mochas are phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Forever our go to spot.“
“I must relay the WONDERFUL experience I had recently at Southern Cafe. This past Saturday, I had invited various friends to lunch after a meeting. I thought about 10-12 would join. Turned out 29 responded! So here we all come around 1-1:15pm(they close at 3). SC rose to the occasion with swiftness, poise, and professionalism! EVERYONE left delighted, full, and pleased. And with bags…because of the massive portions of food!! I would like to say Southern Cafe is one of my favorites! Thank you and we WILL be seeing you again! And a shout out to Ms. Grace, our table’s waitress, who showed what it looks like to do your job skillfully and GRACEfully(no pun intended ha-ha)! She was EXCELLENT!“
“Bibimbap at egg harbor. Who knew? So good. This version has bacon. Excellent server, Dawn, shared she could take a vegetarian or vegan order for next time. I needed some good cheer and egg harbor was perfect selection this morning, really any morning. I've enjoyed meals and service here many times.“
“I had breakfast here on a Wednesday and Saturday morning. Both times were peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I enjoyed the service and my order was ready in a fair amount of time. I first had the veggie bliss omelette and the berry bliss pancakes. The omelette was satisfying and the berry bliss pancakes stood out on their own. The fruit and sweet glaze did not require any additional syrup and made for some delicious pancakes. I liked the barbacoa skillet the second time around. I think the meat could have had a little more seasoning , but the side of sour cream and picante sauce helped bring more flavor to the skillet. This time I had plain pancakes and they were no were as good as the berry bliss! Triple Berry is a solid breakfast spot for some good eats.“
“Me and my husband stopped here after we got our dilated eye exams, so we had some time to kill. The parking lot was packed, but the dining room was spacious and we had no problem getting seated. Decided to order the 40-minute apple pancake. Additionally, we split a breakfast burrito during the wait. The food here is top quality!!! Couldn't believe the portion sizes, the fresh ingredients, and the incredible taste. We will definitely be coming back here again in the future! I drive past Egg Yolk on my way to work, and it's going to be hard to resist this place now :)“
“Burgers, burgers, and tacos! What else can a girl ask for? Real meat, duh! This place delivers. Food takes 1 or 2 minutes longer because Don Rafa, the owner, cooks it when the order is placed. It is not precooked and reheated like your most popular restaurants in Batavia and especially Geneva. I should know, I worked for them. People have become accustomed to fake frozen patties from fast food joints and have forgotten that great things, take some time. I much rather wait an extra minute for real meat than pay for microwaved fake meat.*** I have an msg allergy. No MSG being used on my tacos. That means the meat is naturally of great quality without using meat tenderizer like the other taco joints in Batavia.Tacos are a great size and the burritos are ?!!Try the breakfast burritos. Best breakfast in town.Although I do wish for the place to get remodeled.Must try. I prefer to go orders here:)Vegetarian options: This place is family owned. Rafa will make special requests with enough given time.“
“Fast service. They have you in and out quickly. We were a bit disappointed that the toast and hashbrowns were burnt on one side. The parking is difficult on a busy Sunday!! They really need a bigger lot.Parking: There isn't enough parking for the size of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spaces are right at the door.“
“10 stars We came here hungry and they delivered! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and so mouthwatering. Scott (host) was very pleasant and even helped take our pictures. Our waiter Marlon was very attentive to us, they were clearly informed of the menu and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back and will keep sharing the incredible experience we had with others. Thank you, Honey Berry!!! Great hire manager. They deserve a raise.“
“Southern Belle's is hands down the best breakfast restaurant in the area. EVERYTHING on the menu is just packed with flavor. We've never been disappointed. It is all made to order so if you don't want green peppers in the hash, no problem! Want the jalapeños grilled a little bit? Easy. Want Cinnabomb pancakes as your side instead of regular? Do it. The specials are always enticing but all of the standard menu is also dynamite. So many favorite dishes. The Dirty Bird, the Biscuit Omelette, the Catfish & Grits, even the simplicity of the French Lady: french toast with eggs and bacon/sausage. Currently loving the Fig & Pig. The pumpkin pancakes, when in season, are honestly the best I've ever had.We have always had impeccable service and delicious meals. The dining room never feels crowded, even on a Sunday morning. Love love love Southern Belle's. Bravo!“
“Reasonable to high prices, food was very good, service was OK, not great. I'm just not sure this will be our, "go to" but we did like it.Kid-friendliness: Not really that kind of place, it's already loud, and the menu really isn't kid friendly.“
“This was our first time hear and we enjoyed the nice casual breakfast. I got the Denver skillet and my husband got the ribeye breakfast. Both were great I got a vanilla latte and it is one of the best I have had in a while. The fresh orange juice was yummy! If you are looking for a great breakfast place this is the place to go. Also lots of families so it seemed like kids loved it as well.“
“I came in for a lovely brunch recently and have been meaning to make this review. My server was Aala who had astonishing service, and quality conversations that always left someone with a smile. Every time I come in from now on I will be requesting such a kind, now familiar face! 15/10 job done hiring such great and one of a kind person!“
“Waitress wasn't attentive. So we only left a small tip. I'm sorry but good service gets a good tip.UPDATE: Manager contacted me to come back and they definitely made it right. Impeccable customer service and our waiter was fantastic. Thank you Laura! I'm sorry I forgot the waiter's name , but he was great! Will be my go to IHOP from now on.“
“Went with my family where I got a Bacon Omlette with Feta Cheese. Was one of the best omlettes I've ever had. Seats and tables could have been cleaned better, but did not let that affect the overall scoring. Probably one of the best breakfast venues offered in Batavia.“
“A wonderful place to come and eat. I brought my ex girlfriend here and we got coffee along with some food. I’m very grateful that we are getting back together soon. I think the flapjacks sealed the deal. Thank you guys so much. The syrup is sweet and the coffee is nutty. Thanks again for an amazing experience.“
