Starbucks in South Elgin

“I stop at this location pretty regularly and the employees are always polite and cheerful. But I felt inclined to write a review today because I was so charmed by something that happened this morning. A family came in shortly after I had and it was one of the little girl's birthday. The woman behind the register (sorry I didn't catch her name) was so delightful for them, chatting to the birthday girl and even giving the kids a special treat. It put a smile on my face seeing how happy the kids were, sure brightened up this cold, wet, windy day.“

“Picked up my 6 pump, extra hot Venti chai tea latte no room with a little whip and it was made perfectly. Reason for description is, a lot of things can go wrong and they didn’t. Kudos to the barista!
