The location on 162nd in South Holland has to be THEE worst. Overcharged me after I waited at the window for 5 minutes before being asked what I ordered (again). Fortunately I drink the same thing every day, so i caught the cashier's mistake. Then it took another 5 minutes to get my coffee because the cashier didn't start making it until after I paid. I get the coffee, and it's too hot to hold, let alone drink.
