I went to the South Holland location drive-thru today and ordered a pick 2 (broccoli cheese soup and chipotle chicken sandwich) with chips.
I received the sandwich, soup, and a piece of bread, so I parked and went inside because I’d just sat in the drive thru for a ridiculous amount of time and my lunch time was ticking away quickly. we had 7 people order and only bad lunch. You just can't make everyone happy. 6 out of 7 works for me.
terrible customer service at the south holland il. location. going thru the drive thru excessive wait time when only 4 cars in drive thru they don't seem to have the drive
