Awful experience, I used the subway app to get a discount on our order and this location is listed as a participating location. Placed the order and paid with a scheduled time. I then received a call from an employee at this location telling me my order was being cancelled because they don't take coupons. Worker was very rude and dismissive. I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up he said he canceled my order. I asked why and he pointed to a paper stating they don’t accept online orders or coupons. Well why is there and option on the website accepting online orders if they have a policy against it? How can someone read a sign about online ordering that is inside the store? I will never return to this location. I prefer to be treated respectfully at establishments...read full review

My son ordered a foot long churro from this location about 20 minutes ago on Door Dash. When I tell you that Churro was hard as a rock, I mean it. He took a bite of it and almost broke a tooth. I tried to cut it with a knife and had to add alot of strength. That is just disgusting, how long are you keeping these churros for that they get that hard?!!
