Negative 5 stars for attitude. Walked in last week- waited alone for a little bit, finally just walked out. I didn’t see a single employee. Tried to do an online order today, get an email confirmation that it’s ready at 11:40am. At noon, I arrive & ask where it’s at only to be ignored, then berated by the “manager” or whoever she is. That’s ok with me to take our business elsewhere though! this place is dirty and has gone downhill anyway . Don’t eat here!

They have a lot of different selections. All of them seem to be very good my favorite is the turkey sandwich. I had a little trouble with mine one day and the management took care of the problem. This being the only problem I've ever had from there. That means a lot to me for them to take their food orders serious especially nowadays with prices being high everywhere thank you

Everytime I come to Sparta subway it’s always a GREAT experience. Staff is so nice and you get greeted with such a warm welcome. Food was great! Staff was great! I’ll definitely be back! This location is by far the best subway around. Great portions!
The machine wouldn't take me card. And I never have cash on me. After running the card 12 times knowing it had money on it. A nice customer behind me paid for my food. And then took my card to Circle K. And it worked fine. Something is going on with the card machine. I'm reluctant to go back, because of that.

Service should be -5. So I just went by to get a Subway real quick and it was 9:00 the time that they “close” but the employee (idk her name but it’s a skinny white female drives a white dodge suv) well she could’ve been respectful enough to let me know it’s closed but no she was too busy on her phone sitting im her car. So as I proceed to get off and walk towards the door bcz the lights were still on, she rushes in front of me and locks the door in front of my face without acknowledging my presence. Seriously so disrespectfully it costs $0 to let a customer know that business is closed for the day. And also the management should keep tabs on her bcz she was distracted on her phone instead of closing as she should have been and on top of that she shut the door in front of a customer. She should be fired if she can’t do her job as said.
