“Gross negligence by crew and management alike. Orders are almost always wrong or missing items. Today, I spent an HOUR in this location waiting for my order. Special instructions on the order, per dietary restrictions. My order was picked up by another customer, and the staff offered to remake mine for the mistake. Once remade, the special instructions were not followed, and they had IMMEDIATELY lost my receipt/could not recall it/print a new one to confirm my previously entered order. The manager then came to WRITE DOWN my order, in front of me and told me he would personally remake it again. And AGAIN, my order was incorrect, with the special instructions still not followed. During all of this, the staff was generally unhelpful. Rude, short and too busy talking amongst themselves to properly care about customers, orders, or how they present the McDonalds brand/experience. So I wasted an hour. Left with a poor attitude from the staff and management on duty, with only a refund in hand. I worked at McDonald's for an extended period in the past. I have certain expectations for how things should be handled, and absolutely none of them are ever met at this location.“

“Place is kind of dead every time I go there. Don't know if it's because people don't eat Subway or if it's too expensive or what. I've been there a handful of times though since I've lived in spring valley and I've always liked their food and service so far.“

“I ordered off the app while at work and unfortunately the order was cancelled because I took too long to get it.. the young manager nicely explained what happened and told me when to expect a refund, I asked if the order could be made still and I’ll just pay for it, he added everything in correctly and got it out fast“

“Came here with a friend and enjoyed my meal. Landon our server was amazing!! Made my whole week better one of the best Culver employees ever! This kid was moon walking with 100 percent energy at 10:00pm !! The kid is just a stud and a great culver employee.“

“I love arbys, and this place is no exception. Service can be a little difficult sometimes, and you might have a hard time getting someone to help you behind the counter, as they tend to just walk past. Other than that, this place is pretty good.“

“Super clean — area where they make the sandwiches was covered completely. As the sandwiches were made they would lift the cover and then closed it. Colors were nicely designed — even the chip rack was pristine. Very friendly, and food was fresh and great. Sorry I don’t get photos for the review. All ways should be like this one!!“

“I just want to shout out to the two employees who helped me after I had a bad experience at another store. But again everyone makes some mistakes. No one is perfect. So I'm not going to focus on the negative but the positive. These two employees made everything right and also went to their boss and their boss made everything right. The owner of the two stores called me at 8:15 at night to tell me she was sorry about what happened and that she would give me a free sandwich. When I came back into the store that happened in. I would never been able to have gotten the free sandwich if it wasn't for the two employees in the LaSalle store. Thank you for taking your time and showing that when the customer is right they need to be taken care of. Thank you again to the management and the employees at the LaSalle store.“

“Did a mobile order pickup. Store was clean. Rachel who was doing beast mode doing drive thru and orders up front gave excellent customer service and also made sure I had utensils and napkins in my to go order. Thank you for that!! I overheard the staff who was preparing my food made sure everything was in my order which it was a big one so I'm glad they went over it. Food was hot and was freshly made so shout out to cooks. I'll definitely return to this location if this is the service they do.“

“This specific restaurant has stellar customer service. The manager of this establishment, a Ms. Victoria, went the extra mile to provide this consumer a satisfying experience. A welcoming attitude, good atmosphere, and very polite. Another Jersey Mike establishment in Bloomington, IL had failed to deliver a sandwich, even after receiving payment. But the manager at this location offered and proceeded to kindly replace the sandwich after hearing of this unfortunate incident, making up for the other locations' failure to deliver. This Peru location had no obligation to make up for another establishments' shortcoming, but these wonderful employees did. And that is going above and beyond. High praise and 10/10 stars. Knowing customer satisfaction is prioritized at this Peru, Illinois establishment, I endeavor to make it a place I frequent for a tasty and reliable sub.“
“We all know jimmy John’s has great sandwiches but this location has the best employees as well! Our car broke down in the parking lot and they were more than accommodating, even to the point of offering assistance to help us get back on the road. 10/5 stars!!!! When you get the chance stop in to see Steve, Eric and Ian!!!“

“Good quick place to get a good sandwich. Consistent quality with all other JJ.5 stars because it was as expected. Not that anyone has the expectation this is a Michelin Starred restaurant.
Vegetarian options: A couple of veggie sandwiches
Parking: Plenty of spots probably 20
