We got a caramel marshmallow latte thing that tasted like campfire toasted marshmallows, but we were there specifically because we wanted pastries. He got a Danish and I got the triple very muffin and honestly both were absolutely divine. I love a blueberry muffin as it is, but theirs are so soft and they don't slump even a little on the very flavor. The Danish was delightfully flaky and filled with a praline sort of filling, which was just the right amount of sweet. Highly recommend getting your baked goods warmed as well! Well be coming here again next time we're in Springfield“

In addition to coffee, I bought merchandise totaling $25.00. I was charged $1.23 for using my charge card. I do NOT recall seeing a warning sign. Staff did NOT alert me to their policy. Disappointing experience.“

“It was a comfortable experience. All the machines are separated by clear partitions and the person working that day was so nice. She immediately greeted my friend and I the offered us drinks. The is a large variety of drink options ranging from alcohol to softdrinks and more. The sodas come free and gratuity is appreciated. She was very modest to accept a tip. I absolutely loved this experience and I will be returning again one day.NOTE: There is also a comfortable seating area equipped with a television.“

“Really good customer service at this shop. I went in looking for a chicken wrap which I learned isn't on the menu at Panera. The gentleman taking my order suggested the Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad. I ordered the half salad for $8.99 which turned out to be plenty big enough for one person. I never knew a salad could ever taste so good and I now have one more reason to keep going back to Panera!“

“I take care of the mowing weekly and the employees from managers down. It takes a team effort weather you understand it or not.
