Chipotle Mexican Grill in Springfield

“Staff was sweet, food was great. Bathrooms were clean for the most part (trashcan was overfilled with used napkins). Dining area wasn't super clean eg. we saw food on the floor near an empty table right in front of the ordering area (they cleaned it up in front of us later), there were some crumbs on tables. Music was too loud.“

“I’m a visitor in the area, and have been avoiding this Chipotle due to all of the negative reviews. I decided to drop by today to have lunch, and the experience was great. There were about 10-15 eat-in customers. The place was clean. The staff were friendly. The food looked and tasted fresh. They must have changed management or re-educated the staff because it’s nothing like how the previous reviewers described it to be. Will definitely come back for lunch on another day and will update this review if need be.“
