The ice cream was delicious. The staff was kind. Our service was fast and friendly. There is a large variety of flavors for every flavor palette. I would recommend. Located in the heart of downtown Springfield, it is close to the Old State Capitol building.

Chris was the best absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 u need to give him a raise and a promotion!! I can't even express in words how he has absolutely made my day ! Thank u so much !! Definitely highly recommend coming in when chris is wrking!! Also best ice cream iv had so far!!! 😋 I bought a Halloween cake half off i literally wantd to buy the whole store 😲 omg ! Chris the manager and Laron welcomed me as soon as I walked in on a Monday evening. When I wasn’t happy with my ice cream, they made it right. They were doing the best they can with what they have. My only area of improvement is helping each other on each shift keeping the store clean so it’s not so much work for the next shift of workers.

5 star customer service though. Thanks fellas.
