They were friendly and prompt with our food and the place was clean.
There is one woman working by herself. With a long line she needs help. She does a great job, but needs help in the lines moving faster. Subway you need to fix this as people started walking out today for Jimmy John's. You will lose more customers if you don't fix this.
Is it company policy to serve EVERYONE that is in line and then make the online orders? This is the third time I have dealt with this at this location and I have come in and told them I have an online order and they get the receipt and confirm it and then make all the food for others, even people who come in the store after me that do not have online orders.
