I stopped by Culver’s while passing through from California, and I have to say — this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Travis, the drive-thru genius, absolutely blew me away with his energy, professionalism, and genuine kindness. This guy deserves to be a manager right alongside Rhonda, who’s already doing an amazing job leading with warmth and excellence.

They offer gluten free buns which is a huge plus for those that need them. The employees were all very friendly. The only downside was there were a lot of flies in the dining area.
