I really love going to Wendy’s N Dirksen. The GM is kind man n he choose really kind workers
Quick service and orderly. A clean dining area is just a bonus.
I can overlook the occasional oops, unfortunately, there were too many with this order.
*Ordered a Sprite Watermelon, got Watermelon Lemonade instead.
*Ordered 10 piece nugget with honey mustard, got spicy 8 piece with no sauce.
*No way to request no lettuce on my chicken sandwich on the mobile order site.
Staff needs to read, and possibly reread, orders that are placed.
