Good food and fast service

i ordered my food and didnt get what i asked for after putting SPECIAL instructions for everything. my drink was watered down i couldnt even drink it. they were missing food items in my order and my food was cold. i tried calling them 4 times and i got no answer. i couldnt even enjoy my food.
