“I ordered a custom ice cream cake. I told the decorator I liked purple and wanted an 80s/90s theme and I was thrilled with the finished product! I highly suggest ordering custom! It's the same price as walking in and picking one up and the decorator on Wabash is fantastic!

“We were in town for a biker event and stopped here for a sweet treat. The woman at front ( I'm sad I missed her name) was amazing. Best customer service I have ever received at a "fast food joint". She was so pleasant and happy to every person she came in contact with. Kudos to you! Don't lose her, she is nothing short if amazing!!!“
“The staff seemed frustrated with other coworkers. Not directly rude, but certainly not pleasant. I get it, and I wasn't upset. The cashier, who I think was also an assistant manager(her name tag didn't identify her as such, but she mentioned she had keys to lock up), was VERY upset at the shorthandedness of the day. She made her anger, disappointment, and frustration known with the use of very colorful language that I am, honestly, rather impressed by. I can unleash quite the verbiage at times of high stress, so I was not offended. However, it probably wasn't appropriate either. Food was fine. What I could see of the kitchen, was clean. My order was accurate. Obviously, due to staff shortages that we were made aware, our order took a few minutes longer to get, but, it was accurate and well made. Worth the wait.“
