“We love Gyro Stop. The food never disappoints and the staff is great. But if you close at a certain time, that should mean you close at that time. I tried to call in an order 45 minutes before close, which I think is reasonable. I got a recording that said they prefer online orders. Great! So do I. Nope. They stop taking those an hour before close. Called again and the recording gave me the options and I selected to speak to someone to place an order and was placed on hold. After a minute or so, I was told they couldn't take my call and to try again in 5-10 minutes. I decided to just go in and place it. Nope. Door was locked 30 minutes before close. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. I've worked in the service industry so I am very understanding of the employees' time but if you say you're open until 7 (this was a Saturday), then stay open until 7.“

“I stopped by the drive-thru for the first time yesterday. I ordered the gyro plate. It is easily enough food for two people. It was fresh and tasty. The fries were crisp and they reheated well the next day. I absolutely plan to make this place a regular stop!“

“Grungy places tend to have the best greasy spoon food. I ordered chicken wings and a combo with gizzards, shrimp and catfish. The food was good and satisfied my cravings. The only feedback is that the business uses Styrofoam. Especially with fried items, Styrofoam needs to be vented to avoid making the food soggy. Fried foods need to remain crispy in texture.“
