Yannis Gyros | Greek is a small, clean, family-owned Mediterranean diner in the Laketown Shopping Center. This cozy place has public seating with a long table down the middle of the room. The service is great, with quick and efficient staff who have excellent phone etiquette. Food is cooked to order, hot, fresh, and spot on. The best gyro is available, and the gyro sandwiches are solid. The fries are great, with the BEST FRIES and crispy greek fries with lemon and oregano. A gyro meal with a side of nacho cheese has plenty of meat. The food is really filling and well priced. The only downside is the falafel, which is super dry. Service is quick, with orders ready in about 10 minutes. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, perfect for a casual meal. Customers will definitely return for the gyros.
