“We love Gyro Stop. The food never disappoints and the staff is great. But if you close at a certain time, that should mean you close at that time. I tried to call in an order 45 minutes before close, which I think is reasonable. I got a recording that said they prefer online orders. Great! So do I. Nope. They stop taking those an hour before close. Called again and the recording gave me the options and I selected to speak to someone to place an order and was placed on hold. After a minute or so, I was told they couldn't take my call and to try again in 5-10 minutes. I decided to just go in and place it. Nope. Door was locked 30 minutes before close. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. I've worked in the service industry so I am very understanding of the employees' time but if you say you're open until 7 (this was a Saturday), then stay open until 7.“

“I stopped by the drive-thru for the first time yesterday. I ordered the gyro plate. It is easily enough food for two people. It was fresh and tasty. The fries were crisp and they reheated well the next day. I absolutely plan to make this place a regular stop!“

“Food is awesome, they are open late, if you call ahead and order it's super quick and they haven't ever messed up my order yet. I've never went inside honestly not sure if you can, but everyone I've delt with over the phone and at the drive thru window have had great customer service.“
