Friendly staff! Subs are as good here as the other locations in Springfield. They've started listing what's vegan on a little sign inside ? I don't love the interior but it's a really convenient location to grab & go. They have Gardein chick'n & meatballs, FYH cheese and mayo, and both the sweet bread and rye are vegan! Update as of 09/23/2024: they no longer carry vegan cheese. Updated from previous review on 2024-03-30

We tried the pizza sub at Head West Sandwich Shop, but it came out cold despite asking for it warm. The chicken bacon ranch was good, but the real highlights were the delicious chocolate chip cookie and the unique Jones soda.

Got the turkey and provolone on sweet bread & Mac and cheese. My husband got the Roast beef and cheddar and a small garden salad. Sandwiches were amazing as always but the Mac and cheese is TRASH absolutely disgusting. You can literally taste the uncooked flour in it and it was cold! Also the people making the sandwich rushed me out like I had to tell them 5 times what I wanted because they were going way too fast and there was no one else in there but me! And once I got to...
