I got 6 strawberry doughnuts without sprinkles due to allergies and it looked like they took their fingers and wiped icing off of each one. The person who answered the phone who took the order wasn’t happy about it. So disappointed. I never had doughnuts that look like this before. The previous manager had my order looking really nice and we were appreciative of it.

Very good donuts, fresh and the staff is very nice and efficient. This was my first time in Krispy Kreme!!! I am from Texas and my go to there was always Shipley Donuts, I love Krispy Kreme now as well!!!

So my only issue is if you don't show up first thing when they open your choices become extremely limited. I've ordered ahead a few times but clearly too late because even though I was charged extra for the specialty donuts online, I came away with nothing but the basics upon pickup. I would rather they just offer a refund for that kind of thing than trying to replace them with the cheapest kind they have. Outside of that, when I'm able to get them their specialty donuts are really good and well worth the price for the most part. Of course I keep hoping one day we'll get a Voodoo Donuts in town but until then Krispy Kreme is a pretty good alternative.

I got one of their new pie flavored donuts. It was chocolate silk pie flavored. It was truly awesome. I also got a frozen mocha latte. They have the best frozen lattes. It's become a favorite of mine. I go here every Saturday morning. It's an awesome place and reasonably priced.

This place is my daughters favorite donut place because of all the holiday donuts she is three years old and really just wanted a spider donut. I drove all the way there to get one and realized that I forgot my wallet at home but now a days it’s never an issue because of Apple Pay.. when I got there, I told them that I had Apple Pay and ask them if they excepted it. I told them I forgot my wallet at home and that I could not come in because my child was sick. They told me they do take Apple Pay but the lady at the register personally prefer not to take peoples phone so I would have to come in… isnt the purpose of a drive-through so you don’t have to come in. She basically told me they do accept Apple Pay but she was not going to do it. My child is sick and it’s very contagious. She would rather me come in than for her to do extra work. Very sad do better Krispy Kreme. I left with a very upset daughter who is sick.
I went there this morning after I dropped my son off to school and I was in a rush this morning, so I forgot my purse. My three-year-old daughter is obsessed with their holiday donuts and she wanted a spider one. She is really sick and is very contagious and all the girl wanted was a doughnut. I asked them at the speaker if they took Apple Pay, which I knew they had because they’ve done for me before and the lady told me they do but she prefers not to do it so I would have to come inside.. so you would rather let my contagious daughter come in there sick and have me cart her in this cold weather because you don’t want to walk my phone over to the Apple Pay machine?! What is the point the drive-through? I can almost guarantee that they probably advertise Apple Pay as well which is also 10 times more frustrating. It was an older lady I get it but if you’re not gonna do your job, you probably should not be there. I left with my 3 year old daughter crying…. do better Krispy Kreme.

I'm that person who goes to a place because I have certain expectations already in mind, and when they don't materialize, I get a trifle disappointed.. so any way going into Krispy Kream you expect there to a least be donuts deep fried and glazed just waiting for people like me to eat them or at least have some proofing and ready for frying..but lo and behold this was not the case..Their donut apparatus was broken so you can see how heartbreaking this was for me..Now the did have a few boxes left, they were cold..you want hot donuts..not cold ones..Krispy Kream you've truly let me down on this one. And after I had come all the way from MS to get them..
