Donuts were cold, messed up in box, and there was hardly any lemon in the lemon filled donuts. For being the only Krispy Kreme in town, you’d think they’d do better. This is NOT the quality I remember. Terrible.

My and my wife came in Saturday night. 2/18/24 and got custard and raspberry donuts and 12 original glazed and the custard and the raspberry only had one bite of custard or raspberry. It costed us 35 dollars and on top of that they didn't have any change so I didn't receive my correct change. I don't think we will ever be back.

I Am The Cheese
If you pick up a dozen glazed and they give you a prefilled box box double check them for freshness before paying. The box I got were AT LEAST 24 hours old as they were halfway to hockey puck status. By next day they had to be microwaved to be edible. Just gave one to my dog and she chewed on it for a solid 30 minutes, mind you I just bought them Saturday afternoon and stored them in a ziplock freezer bag like always. If you're gonna sell day old donuts at least advertise them as such and discount them. Instead of charging customers full price for half quality. Nobody has any kind of self respect at their employment anymore. It's a world full of throw away jobs with throw away employees. Employees don't care about their jobs cause they just go to McDonald's next door for the same pay, and employers don't care about employees cause they'll just replace them with the next person just working for the next pay check. I don't live in Springfield, just happened to be in the area, so it's easy for me to avoid this, I can just as easily stop in Bloomington where I've never received quality like this. But I sure hope the residents of Springfield don't accept this. Absolutely abysmal for Krispy Kreme quality.

My kids and I love it! Everyone in there, save for a few people, act like they absolutely hate life. It bothers me a bit, but I go there for the kids and they don't seem to notice, so it's only really a problem for me when I hit the drive thru by myself.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't say this location is particularly kid friendly
