The Pizza quality was about what you’d expect from an Illinois Chicago-style pizza place. The pizza I ordered was “Uncle Tony’s” Sausage, Pepperoni, Peppers & Onion. We found one slice of Pepperoni, plenty of sausage. Tons of cheese. Again, not bad, but at $51 for a 12-inch pizza, I was disappointed and won’t be back.

I really don't even know where to begin. We placed the order over the phone and the girl on the phone was amazing at explaining everything and how to do it. Once we got there she knew exactly who we were and what we ordered. She also provided additional information about other places in the area to try. This is the best Chicago-style pizza I've had outside of Chicago. It was absolutely amazing

Nice place. Good service and it ended there. We have wanted to try Nancys for a while and have to say we were disappointed. I had seen pictures of others meals and even my pics look appetizing but I don't eat with my eyes only. We love stuffed pizza but not this one. Hard crust and so much mozzarella it was overwhelming. Very small amount of veggies. Very sweet marinara sauce on top. Had the Cesar waffle fries appetizer and not good either. Fries were dry and hard like from an air fryer and topped with salad dressing, green onions and dry bacon bits. A medium pizza was almost $40. Very disappointed.

Horrible service! Had to find someone to get service. When I finally did, wasn't even spoken to.
The staff here is shockingly rude and disrespectful. They had the audacity to scold customers—in my case, simply for approaching an area to get napkins and a straw, where there were NO SIGNS indicating customers weren’t allowed. Instead of politely guiding me, a staff member aggressively told me I was ‘crossing the line’ and ordered me to step back. They didn’t even bother with a basic greeting or simple courtesy. Overall, the service was terrible, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The food is good the pizza is amazing but their customer service is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I went there 3 times in person and was so mistreated so i ordered for delivery and now when i call to get an update they just answer the phone and say “it’s on its way and hang up” they are the rudest customer service. I will not go there anymore
