Since their tap to pay never works half the time I go here to see about getting lunch over last 3 months it’s still broken! Nor do they offer Apple Pay etc. Can’t service folks if they can’t order!!!

Incredibly good subs, we had never visited a Penn Station before and it was a great experience. The food was prepared quickly, the staff were patient with us while we took a long time to order, and the subs were fantastic.

Love the food and friendly service—BUT someone needs to power wash the store!! All the tables needed wiped down! Bathroom floor was so sticky I was afraid to let my pants touch the floor. I got a soda because the ice dispenser looked too filthy; I was afraid to get tea. I like the food but think I’ll start driving to the west end store to see if it’s cleaner!!
