I ordered 2 days in a row and they just never showed up with my food as well as today they didn’t even know they had my order until my driver was there to pick it up. The store is lazy and hard to communicate with. I do not recommend.

We ordered four different things off the seven dollar meal, and they messed it up completely twice. When I called up to talk to the manager, he claimed that because it’s Friday, things are just hectic. No apology or anything else. He kept talking over me. The real problem is, the delivery driver is back there in everybody’s ear, distracting them, ordering all of the cooks around. You could tell by the way he was talking he didn’t know what he was talking about. Whoever this manager is needs to learn to run a store. We have been coming to this Pizza Hut for years and will never come back. Zero customer service, and zero care for the quality of food.

From cleanliness to friendliness, this Pizza Hut is greater than 5 stars. They always have great food.
When I got there no one was out front to take my order. I called out, but no one answered. So I went back to my car and called them on my phone to place my order. It was an impulse buy or I would have called ahead of time. When I got the food it was cold even though I picked it up right away as I was parked right outside waiting. I ordered double pepperoni, but I sure did not get that. Needless to say I won't be going back there. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a pizza place.

9/16 9:30 , During Business hours employees had door locked and were hiding In the back (probably smoking pot) I called and waited outside 10 minutes or so for the ordered and she finally popped her head out and came the door said she was out of wings , my order had no wings and then she said she’s not making anything and locked the door, big heavy set girl go figure

ordered a pizza delivery and it came in half the time with old cheese and crust hard as heck to bite into (stuffed crust wise ??) but with uncooked sausage on top?? i worked at a pizza place for years and this was a cancelled order with toppings thrown on much later. i called and they told me i was basically wrong. won’t be ordering again.

Saw a lady in the back put toppings on the pizza WITHOUT GLOVES then proceed to wipe them off on her jeans. Definitely something that needs to be addressed there. She had a pink fan around her neck. This bothered me to the point where I took the L and just threw the pizzas away. Didn’t want a refund because I gave a tip and the front desk person was really nice so I figured they still deserved it. Sucks that one person just doesn’t respect proper food handling guidelines. Gross.
I have been there on 6/15 night after 9:30 PM waiting for an order and the employee said you got about 8 minutes left for that order I waited around 15 min but there was no pizza on the oven And the employee was not responding and after a while came and handed me the order from the storage which was actually ready the first minute I walked into the storage and the employee arrogantly Handed the order from the storage which was already ready and I waited for nothing. Stupid and Arrogant Employee made me realise service in Papa John's and Dominos was actually better

Worst pizza I ever had in my.life. Pizza Hut has seriously gone downhill in recent years. I threw away five of the eight slices of the pizza. I don't plan on coming back.

Worse experience ever. Employees were cussing and saying horrible things while I was picking up my order (with my child present). Totally unacceptable behavior. Shame on you for allowing your employees to act this way.
