Placed an order with the waitress over the phone, got there food wasn't ready. Waited 15min past the time, food was cold, no cutlery, nor ceasar dressing for my salad. Mgr. Dontrell didn't do anything
We went to the Springfield IL location around lunchtime This past Thursday and we both ordered the CYO feast. Unfortunately after waiting 20 minutes (not horrible for a restaurant that was fairly empty) we received two steaks which were ordered rare and medium rare but came to our table medium well and well and overcooked shrimp. Our server/bartender was awesome in between hiccups and made our drinks well and we got steaks remade Togo but it just wasn't the same as we haven't...read full review
Our food was terrible. Sent back and got a new Cajun chicken pasta and It wasn’t even grilled must have been fried. Food came with our salads and my husbands food was dry. We drove 2 hours to eat there and so disappointed. Won’t go back. We looked so forward to it.
