We stopped on our way home and I fell in love! The sauce is a bit sweeter and we added green olives and hot Italian sausage. The combo was PERFECT! I’m not sure what olives they use but they added a perfect amount of salt and brine to the pizza. Seriously so GOOD! Our server was super sweet and attentive.
Poor guys were out of a bunch of items when we went. I'd recommend they use a reduced menu to lighten their load. Pizza was great but it didn't warm up well as leftovers the next day.
The desk clerk at the Country Inn and Suites in Springfield recommended Rosati's. The Fab Four pizza and breadsticks were both delicious, and the delivery person had the nicest personality.
