“Got home, no onions for food allergy was ordered 1was loaded with onions. Fries where hard enough to hammer through wood. Redeeming factor: i called to tell them the order was wrong, got immediate refund and promised a new meal on next come back. They stood behind the customer even though they messed up the order. At least they didn't him-haw trying to get out of it. *respect*“
“This location is the most convenient for me but they always manage to do something weird. Several times I've been charged for the people behind me in addition to my order. The drinks are always mixed up. Food is good and usually hot and fresh. Just check your order and what you pay for.“
“So many fast food places in the Springfield area blow me away with their disrespectful, crappy practices, (mcD on Chatham rd for example) this Sonic is one of the few places in the Springfield area where the crew has some sense, they are kind, they have good customer service and they do their job well, thank you guys“
