Worker did not wash hands after finishing up with previous customer and handling money. Put on gloves without washing hands. The area next to the soda fountain was covered in ants and gnats, and when I told the worker about it, I was ignored.

Tried to use a gift card on the app. My order was $34 and the gift card was for $25. I guess you can't do that but this isn't revealed until your order is placed. The app showed me that I would have $9 left to pay after using the gift card, then charged my debit card for the entire $34. I tried contacting the store and the phone was never answered. I sent an email that was never responded to, and when I asked about it in the store I waited 15 minutes for a manager to come back in before giving up because there was no evidence that a manager was there. I only went to Subway because I had a gift card, I'm not a fan in the first place. The sandwich I got wasn't bad but the cucumber slices I ordered on my sandwich were not there. Just another example of a franchise not caring about the quality of service they provide.

The 2 stars are because the A/C wasn't working properly. I haven't been to this Subway in a while. The sandwich maker was very welcoming, and I ordered a footlong veggie. All the veggies were crisp and fresh. They no longer have the honey oat bread -- my favorite -- so I had cheese and herb bread which is good. I also had a drink.

Always check your food before you leave. I order online a 6in sandwich and I added toppings, I didn't get said toppings or the 50% extra meat. I called into the store when I got home. No one answered no way to leave a voicemail. Very disappointed

Had a rough experience today 5/28/2025. There was a mix up where our mobile order sandwiches weren't there.
Despite the set back, they were quick to remake the order and put it right. They have always been very helpful at this location and put their best foot forward. I hope the team member is okay, she seemed upset about what happened, but I hope she knows it's okay.
Mistakes happen and we are all human. People often forget how high stress and difficult food service can be, and I don't blame her one but for being stressed when they weren't there.
I am sending good vibes to the team at this location. One of the cleanest and quickest Subways I've ever been too!

went in and an employee was on his phone and didn’t change his gloves before he made me and my friends sandwich, he made her sandwich wrong even though she specifically said the name of the sandwich, i used to work at subway i know theres cards on the line that tells you how and what to do. we went back in and he the nastiest attitude EVER it was crazy, snatched the bag out of my friends hand and and threw it in the trashcan then threw his gloves away. overall it was so unprofessional and honestly embarrassing his name was david and he tried denying being on his phone when his coworker literally told him to get off his phone.

had the most pleasant experience with satch! his coworker as well! he was so friendly and made me a sandwich artist quality sub !! i’m a subway enthusiast and this is one of very few noteworthy experiences i’ve had at in springfield since i’ve moved! give that man a raise :)

The coupon for 9.99 is only for the build your own and they charged me 4 more dollars for pepperoni and salami because it was only one topping. Never had this problem before. Sorry won't be back here. Corporate your subs are not worth it.

So I work at an emergency vet clinic and was doing my second over night in a row just exhausted. Also just really having a rough time lately. LZ was making my sandwich and asked me if I was doing okay. While he made my sandwich perfectly he listened to me vent and was extremely polite. Made me feel a million times better. That’s some quality service from such a caring dude. The food was also made perfectly and quickly. Extremely happy with my service and meal today. Thank you LZ!

They had kids making horrible sandwiches didn't know how to toast a steak and cheese correctly need better training. Was afraid to ask for a remake and when I went the next day had more problems.
I got a 6" turkey sandwich & a 12" Philly steak and it cost $22.48?!! I felt they were totally OVER-PRICED especially considering the amount of meat I was given. They were also stingy with the other toppings and the sandwiches didn't even taste good. For that kind of money I could've sat down & ate some good food at a real restaurant. I WILL NOT BE BACK!
