went thru drive thru, one car ahead of me no one in lobby! I was asked if I wanted whipped cream on my shake and I told her no. She handed me the shake with topping,I told her no whip topping,she tossed it in the trash! As she made another one she was talking to a coworker and put whip topping again! She made a third one while still talking to her coworker and it had frozen ice cream and chocolate in the bottom! It was not mixed at all! I will not go back!

Some employees at the counter could work faster, but food comes up quick from the kitchen. The condiment station was missing ketchup. Some locations feel pretty dead most days, but the quality and service are superior to other fast food options.
