First visit ever went to the Ruby’s in Wood River walked up to the machine inserted $20 didn’t even spin machine froze - they had to call a tech to come and fix it. No petty cash to give you your money back you are just stuck - I had gone there to kill time waiting for my dogs to be groomed - I got the call they were ready so I went to pick up my dogs from the groomer around the corner and back, still waiting for the tech - it’s hot as heck outside but no pets inside even...read full review
