“Observed the gentleman working the counter get approached by a customer who had not been given his cheese bites the employee was super respectful gave him urge food that was forgotten and offered him a drink as well to make up for his time wasted great customer service from Alex!!!“

“I don’t like to leave poor reviews but hoping this will help the restaurant do better. We ordered at 1:09 pm, at 1:30 I finally went up front to check on our food. I did this because I saw others eating that were in line behind me. My tray with my children’s meals was sitting there, holding on cheese curds. I was able to grab my food. My bun was as hard as a rock, food was Luke warm. They should have brought my food then brought out the curds later. Also, I received 12 cheese curds, this was very upsetting considering it’s a $2 up charge for curds. Never had issues in the past, hoping just a fluke because we love Culver’s!“

“We stopped and tried their tenderloin sandwich, fries, and a shake. The place was clean, and looked well maintained. The staff were not unpleasant, and our order was filled in a timely manner. Their prices are fair for this area.We loved the Tenderloin sandwiches. My wife got the regular, and I got a large. Not many places in this area have these available anymore, so we were happy to find a place that still has them. The fries were tasty, but a little too greasy. The shakes however were excellent. Overall, I'd recommend this place.“

“The boy at the counter turned his back on us and acted like he didn't see us. Afterward, he turned to us and sheepishly took our order.I understand that this is not the best job but if you don't want to wait on customers, then don't accept the position.“

“I'm not sure what's going on with McDonald's lately... My family stopped in to grab a bite, with no other customers inside, and maybe 4 cars in the drive up, and it took way too long to get our food. It's like your employees don't really care anymore.“

“If you live in Effingham, I'm sure you know of Cruiser's. If you're passing through...well let me tell you; stop here! Cassie was very friendly and super efficient at the counter. The food came out fast and hot! It was so good. Nuggets were crispy, hot chili was so spicy good and my husband's C Burger was delectable! Restaurant was clean and the patio was perfect on a nice sunny day like today! If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely be stopping here!

“They have remodeled and is much cleaner. Which is great! The food was hot. How ever they permanently took out the AYCE bar! They still need someone to clean tables more often. So.... nicer, cleaner, and cheaper than Popeyes chicken by far!!!!“

“My daughter and I go here every payday. It's our favorite place to eat. They are so nice, my daughter likes to bring her cat and the employee's love to see her at the drive thru. I can't get over how we always come through drive thru, and the food is still always perfect.“

“I feel like it must be a frustrating place to work, because the last several times I’ve been to this particular subway I have one very cheerful person take my money and one very rushed employee kinda toss the food bag at me and run away without saying a word.Since it’s been different employees every time, I think the problem is either I’m an obnoxious customer, or the employees are set up to fail. “They were swamped when we stopped there. They took care of everyone in a timely manner! Our sandwiches were made to our orders. Oh, and during this very busy lunch rush the local Health Dept was there on a routine inspection. When, things slowed down the started cleaning the preparation area and restocking supplies and the food. One young man, Max, came out into the dining area and cleaned the tables. Kudos to the staff!“
