“This is my go to place! I drive about an hour one way to go spend my time here (sometimes more than once during the weekends!) I enjoy the atmosphere, the bar tenders & owners are so so friendly! AND they have karaoke all the time! If you're looking for a fun lively time and enjoy smiling faces, fun, karaoke & great friends I highly recommend visiting ASAP!”

“My small complaint is that I can never get my eggs served over medium. They're always cooked hard. I do suggest that salt be added to potatoes/hash browns. They never have any seasonings at all on the potatoes. Service and atmosphere are great!”

“A large group of our family members from across the U.S. had brunch at Pistol City yesterday before the Eclipse. We cannot thank our server, Liz, enough for her patience and efficiency, and with a smile the entire time. The restaurant was very busy, and she did a great job through a stressful time. Thank you Liz. The food was delicious, and very plentiful, especially the bacon....delicious all. We visited seven years ago before the Eclipse, and glad we visited again yesterday.”

“Awesome service and the Gumbo is to die for. I had their Swamp Water Drink and it was light and delicious. Great cocktails and food. My husband had the Smothered Catfish with crawfish on top and a Margarita & it looked great. Fantastic visit!”

“Headed back to Pinckneyville from Sparta earlier this evening, I stopped to pick up a chicken strip basket for my husband and a small fry for myself. The young lady at the window was very courteous and friendly, she let me know that they were making fresh chicken and fries. When she brought my order, she apologized for the wait, which really wasn’t that long and worth it. My fries were hot and crispy, salted just right. My husband was very pleased with his meal, everything still hot when I got home, nice sized chicken strips and a generous amount of fries. Good job Coulterville DQ!”

“This is one of those little places you wonder about when you first see it, but don't be fooled! It has such good food! We had the breaded cod. I was raised on battered cod, to me, this is right in-between. We also had breaded cauliflower and onion rings. Both delicious, both large portions! You will not regret stopping here for any meal. It's homey, and neighborly. We will be back!!”

“They have a lot of different selections. All of them seem to be very good my favorite is the turkey sandwich. I had a little trouble with mine one day and the management took care of the problem. This being the only problem I've ever had from there. That means a lot to me for them to take their food orders serious especially nowadays with prices being high everywhere thank you”

“My 9-year-old grandson choose Taco Bell after the restaurant he originally chose had a live band playing and it was loud. While the drive-thru was busy, there were no other diners inside. My grandson told stories to his heart's content. It was clean and there weren't any napkins but Teresa brought us paper towels.”
