“I grew up with Mike Sullivan (Hutson)family (s) & the Friendly Tavern has donated/supported & both Mike & Ruth (bartenders,etc.) has done so much in the past for the 9-11 Memorial Ride. Besides Mike being a "Swabby" n the Navy--he has been a fireman's best friend of many years. Went to Florida many yrs.ago --knowing Mike--he has brought many smiles to ever come in touch with him Ruth(ie) has been right beside him supporting him in many-many ways Good Luck n ur retirement GOD BLESS“

“New ownership same basic clientele and same great food still a good place to get a great BAR-BURGER and many other items as well as a daily lunch special. Thank you to Spanky and Wanda for creating this awesome local favorite spot!
Parking: Free street parking as well as free parking lot that is paved.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here with their parents and many family birthday parties and fundraisers and events are held here on a regular basis
Wheelchair accessibility: Full wheelchair access inside and out and they have a fully covered outdoor smoking location for those people that do smoke that is extremely large and is heated even with a wood burning stove in there.“

“Great bar with even better people!! Love karaoke nights and the live music venue. As I am not from Danville but visit frequently I was taken in like one of their own. The staff and owner are very friendly and its great bang for your buck. Everyone is accepted and it is always a great time. Stop by and see for yourself!!!“

“Lincoln Lanes is a very fun place for the whole family. It is also wheelchair accessible. If you enjoy bowling then Lincoln lanes is the place to be. They serve pizza and soda at the counter. If you are old enough there is also a bar on site.“

“Went for live music, and was very impressed by how large the stage and outdoor seating area was. Picnic tables, Cornhole, large field (where some kids were playing with a football), and outdoor access bar area- had no idea driving up just how big this was! Very family friendly, lots of tables with kids of various ages, and a large area in front of the stage for dancing and gathering (it is gravel, so choose your shoes accordingly). We had mediocre service at the bar inside, but overall raised my expectations for live music at a bar!!“
