“Parking: The only issue I have is I'm handycappe if I get in the drive threw and someone has a large order and didn't order a head of time I've waited up to 20 min . For my order you can't even get out of line you are stuck.“
“I came on a day when there’s a promotional free drink through the app, and it was hectic! The staff was on the go with the orders. I came inside and ordered. Coming off a 12 h night shift, I ordered the wrong sandwich and came back to order the correct one. And the lady I spoke with was so considerate and exchanged my order for the correct sandwich even though it was my mistake.I really appreciate that consideration, and don’t see much of it anymore.Plus I’ve been going to this Dunkin before work for years and they’ve always made my drinks perfectly!Thanks you guys! ??“
“I wish I had asked for the girls name that made my order. But I wanna say thank you so much for your beautiful compliments and for all the positivity. Bonus to it all she made my drink really good and andddd top it all off prayed for me to have a good and blessed rest of my day. Also this is the right dunkin to go to, it’s been a very long time since I went to dunkin and greeted with smiles and friendly staff, recently other Dunkin’s just have really mean staff at the window that never wanna talk to you or hear you out when you want to say anything.“
