“Inconsistent service. Some baristas are really great, some not so much. Very kind, good drinks. It may just be a matter of training and how much practice certain shifts get. Today, I did a mobile order for a drink with foam. I appreciate the wait to put it together until I get there. However, I did the mobile order because I was in a rush. Multiple baristas proceeded to ignore me for a couple minutes, so I started pouring my own drink. Then, I got some passive aggressive acknowledgment. It’s fine if you’re busy, just let me know if you intend to pour my drink or not. I didn’t get the pumpkin spice on top of my chai. It hasn’t been a great day overall for me, and this didn’t help.“
“Amazing experience here. Never have I ever been treated like a king, and I can die in peace now. They know what a perfect matcha is and I will never have a matcha drink like this again unless its specifically made by Om, Ava, Alex, and Priscilla. Thank you guys!“
