This is usually my favorite Starbucks on campus. I love the energy of the workers here but sometimes it seems a little down lately. I noticed one of the employees, Addison, talking really rudely to his co workers and it seemed to really bring morale down. I really miss the upbeat environment that this Starbucks usually has!
Amazing experience here. Never have I ever been treated like a king, and I can die in peace now. They know what a perfect matcha is and I will never have a matcha drink like this again unless its specifically made by Om, Ava, Alex, and Priscilla. Thank you guys!

Some years ago, the Illini Union renovated the exterior courtyard into extended interior seating space for students. This included the addition of a Starbucks location. The staff at this location seems to be well trained and managed because they are always friendly and very adept at getting orders out.
