Everytime I stop in this restaurant in vandalia illinois and I order from the kfc side they tell me they don't have the nuggets I have tried to order 2 famous bowels with a coupon and I have tried different days and I am a traveling cleaner for banks so I get to vandalia after 8 pm so I have tried different times and I'm either told the kfc side is closed or that they don't have enough nuggets for 2 bowls the first time they told me they had enough for one that they could make...read full review
My family and I went inside to eat, the lady taking our order told us we could order inside but wasn't allowed to eat inside because they wasn't cleaning the tables. I wish we would've just left as soon as they told us that. The food took nearly 20 minutes. The floors are disgusting, the bathrooms are covered in toilet paper and piss. I understand everyone is short staffed but this place has gone down hill quick. I honestly can't believe they still have customers.

This is the worst KFC/TacoBell I have ever been to. I gota burrito Supreme that had almost nothing in it. The mashed potatoes had just enough gravy to color the top layer. The biscuits was half the size it should be. And it cost me almost $40.
