HORRIBLE SERVICE. My order was placed at 5:20pm and the email confirmation said it would be ready at 6pm. My husband arrived at 6pm and still WAITED 90 MINUTES to receive the food. There were limited staff around to address the lack of service. This location is an abomination and should be closed by headquarters.
absolutely will never be returning to this BWW's. ordered for delivery and they cancelled right before the delivery was supposed to be at the house. I ordered from their website and they reported that their 3rd party deliveries weren't working. would have been nice if they could have posted on their website or on their Facebook page. ruined our Superbowl dinner!
We had terrible service at our bdubs today! We waited over an hour for our food and they didn’t give it to us! Very disappointed!
