“I just went there to have a meeting with a coworker and absolutely loved the service and the atmosphere. The empanada was still frozen when they served it to me but the server was so kind and gentle and immediately gave me another one that was well cooked and didn’t charge me for the wait and inconvenience. I call that consideration and good business practice! Will be back again!!“

“I recently visited a charming Nelikona coffee place in downtown Palatine. The rose 🌹 coffee was delicious. I loved that it was served in gorgeous tea cups, adding a unique touch to the experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for gatherings or meetings. The staff were incredibly friendly, which enhanced the welcoming vibe. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great coffee experience—I’ll definitely be back! 🌹🌹“

“Anam Cara Cafe was the perfect location for our family reunion on Black Friday! We were able to reserve a private room, so the little ones had free range to run around and not bother other patrons and the adults could comfortably hear each other and catch up. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, from setting up the reservation to not rushing us out at the end of our gathering. They gave us great and attentive service without hovering and interrupting our conversations. Food was excellent and served promptly. Would definitely recommend! We're already talking about meeting there again when the Wisconsin and Chicago sides of the family meet up the next time.“

“This little sweet cafe is primarily a boba spot. But Yhana also serves coffee drinks (w homemade syrups), smoothies, energy drinks .. and a small sampling of foods : smoothie bowls, conchas, and a few breakfast & snack items. I prefer to make my smoothies / juices / hot beverages, and even meals at home - with love, and organic (as able, .. and seasonal, etc). BUT, a Gal does love to get out and support a LOCAL, Latina, BIPOC, business once in awhile ( .. and far less so the big corporations and chains). SO - THIS! PLUS, Anahy (the Proprietor, who's first name and biz are inverted - cute and clever, right?) - is a beautiful, sweet, and good Mujer .. and I'm rooting for her (& Familia)! GO! Drink, nosh, .. and buy some stuff - featuring a few Mexican & Salvadorian items (her familial lineage). PS It's extra cute in here, around Christmas / winter Holidays .. with the lights and music. 🌲✨️🎄“

This is one of my go to places in Libertyville. I love the atmosphere, the location, and their sandwiches/scones. The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is I'm a chai lover and I wish they had a chai that was vanilla flavored on the menu. It's very spicy and I'm not a fan. Other than this, my friends always rave about the drinks they get since I'm not an actual coffee person.“

“I rarely eat out these days because it’s hard to find places that truly care about using quality ingredients, but this place blew me away! The food is absolutely delicious, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The Million Dollar Bacon is incredible—perfectly cooked and so flavorful. “Tried this location this past January after roaming around Northbrook Court and just as good as any LF location I've been to.
I apologize in advance that really the only thing I've ever had at any Liquid Fusion location for the most part is bubble tea.
Had the Strawberry Bingsu once which was good at the SW Northbrook location (it really is Glenview) but it's mostly the bubble tea my family & I come for.
My now 10-year-old son loves Taro bubble tea which is really the only flavor he's ever ordered in any boba house we've been to.
Good boba at fair prices in a clean & laid back atmosphere with friendly service. We live pretty far north in Beach Park but if ever in the area again, Liquid Fusion is a GO.“

“I've been going to this location since it opened. I was very disappointed to find out that 2 of my favorite people are not going to be there. To say that the place was not clean and the customer service is poor is like saying the Pope is Jewish. Whomever made this decision made a very poor decision. Trish has a wonderful personalty and is very attentive. When it comes to doing her job there is no one better. Scott is very intuned with what's going on and is the perfect choice for someone to run that place. The person who made that horrible review was not a nice person. She would literally ignore me when I would go in there. I stopped going when she was there because she was a mean and petty person. She drove away business. I really will have to think whether I want to frequent your stores anymore. It's the people that are there that make me want to go there.“

“I went there for breakfast, but the available soups were quite limited. The sandwiches we ordered were okay, but the bell didn’t ring, so we didn’t realize our food was ready. The place was quiet though, which made it nice for a calm morning meal.“
