Dave & Buster's Vernon Hills is a popular destination for families and friends seeking entertainment. The well-maintained arcade area features a variety of games, including the impressive DDR white cab running A20+, which is regularly maintained and modified for an enhanced experience. While the bar area may have room for improvement, the restaurant's staff strive to provide excellent service and ensure a pleasant experience. The decadent desserts are a highlight, making it an ideal spot for celebrations and family outings. However, recent reviews suggest that the service in the food area could be improved, with some guests experiencing delays and missing orders. Despite these service challenges, Dave & Buster's Vernon Hills remains a fun and engaging destination for those looking to enjoy arcade games and good food.
