Stopped at the Dairy Queen in Waterloo, IL. Order wasn’t entered correctly, food was cold, and I got sick with a bad stomachache afterward. Very disappointing.
Some ways this DQ could improve? Have working equipment, heated dining room and working doors. when you wait 10min for your food, 3 burgers a small fry and a fountain soda and the burgers are ice cold and the fries and they aren't even HOT? I only got the money back for 2 of the burgers because my husband was so hungry. never again will I step foot in this DQ. the floors were so filthy I was sliding just standing in one spot. Do not go to this Dairy Queen people the owner is rude and dishonest. I had a job interview there about 4 years ago and the store manager hired me after my interview and told me that I would be starting on a Monday and I said perfect I’m really excited. But I went in on that Monday and he said he forgot to add me to the schedule and I said I understand no big deal. So I waited about two weeks for him to contact me and never did.
