Was told I’d get my total at the window and instead she just stuck her hand out for my card. I looked back and was charged 18.86 for a plan double meal and medium blizzard. I guess the workers tip themselves!
I only know this guy from school. But, I didn’t know he worked at DQ. Dylan Brewer is the BEST employee that Waterloo DQ could have hired. He is super kind and makes sure you’re satisfied with what you ordered. I had a great experience with him. Keep up the good work Dylan!
Two employees at the drive through window talking to someone outside while I am waiting 3-4 minutes at the counter. Then another customer comes in and is waiting another 2 minutes before someone took our order. Should have stopped in Columbia, they have better service.
