And the best part of the meal was malt for dessert. Very friendly staff. Chatted with staff and several customers like we had known each other for years.🥰”

“Some serious nostalgia going on here! Such a cool spot to grab a bite to eat or get a sweet treat if you are traveling off of the interstates! We stopped in here on a lazy Sunday afternoon and this place was popping! You can feel that 50s diner feel when you step inside. We opted for some ice cream and were not dissapointed with a chocolate sundae with Andes mints! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!”

“This Panda Express is located in the DeKalb Oasis right off the tollway. Even though they probably get the worst customers you can imagine, and I've seen this with my own eyes, they always have my order exactly correct and done quickly. I don't know why, but this one tastes better than the other location in DeKalb.”

“I came here several months ago but passed it recently in my travels and distinctly remembered the wonderful service provided. I came to this McDonald’s late at night on a drive to Iowa and I think it may have been the manager who was alone working? He cooked up the freshest quarter pounder I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We had a nice chat, he talked through how many minutes or seconds each part of the cooking process is supposed to take, and shared the insight that oftentimes one might get fresher food at McDonald’s at night time because they don’t leave food sitting and cook things to order. A pleasant experience with a kind person. If I ever stop at the oasis, I’ll probably stop by.”
