“Great employees here. Food is always fresh. Only complaint is sometimes the outside speaker person doesn't react quick enough.. UPDATE: We ordered breakfast on the app, got there @ 10:28 was given a receipt and drinks then told we were too late for the food. My husband said why didn't they tell me that at the speaker or when they gave me a receipt? The boy at the window said well we can't turn the grill on just for you. So my husband went inside, the female MANAGER (who wouldn't give my husband her name) mumbled under her breath I'm so sick of rude customers. A lady next to my husband said it wasn't him it was the manager being rude. Then the regional manager came out and was nice. But we got our money back and no food. I think these people need a lesson in Customer service.“

“Went through the drive thru today and ordered chili Mac. I asked the employee at the window if there's utensils. And crackers, he says. Yes, we pulled away open the bag. No, utensils, no crackers, what do they expect us to eat it with. I went back and said no tonsils, no crackers. What am I going to get free. I just want a free milkshake for driving back. He said I'm not giving you anything."Very sarcastic to the customer. I would fire that Employee, if it was my employee, customer service is so hard to find these days.“
