“It’s Steak ‘n Shake so typically you get the same quality at every location. This location is no exception. Great food made how you expect it to be made. I gave a 3 for service only because I believe that your order should be ready back to you and how much it will cost should be something that they tell you before you ever leave the drive up speaker and they did not do that at this location yesterday when I was there or the past 2 times me and my mother stopped in there after doing weekly shopping.
A lot of places are getting relaxed on see vice and order accuracy and letting the customer know the price because they tell you on signs to have your method of payment ready but they don’t tell you the price or repeat your order so you don’t really know when leaving the speaker if they got your order correct and how much it will cost, the customer service experience at this location has been kind of going downhill for the last few years gradually but the food is what you expect to receive from Steak ‘n Shake.“

“Great employees here. Food is always fresh. Only complaint is sometimes the outside speaker person doesn't react quick enough.. UPDATE: We ordered breakfast on the app, got there @ 10:28 was given a receipt and drinks then told we were too late for the food. My husband said why didn't they tell me that at the speaker or when they gave me a receipt? The boy at the window said well we can't turn the grill on just for you. So my husband went inside, the female MANAGER (who wouldn't give my husband her name) mumbled under her breath I'm so sick of rude customers. A lady next to my husband said it wasn't him it was the manager being rude. Then the regional manager came out and was nice. But we got our money back and no food. I think these people need a lesson in Customer service.“
