“Dalton's makes some of the best gluten free desserts I've ever had. I ask for their lemon bars for every birthday! They are so accommodating to all allergies and intolerances as well. I've tried a lot of their pastries and there hasn't been one I don't love. I got my first real paczki in 14 years there and it was amazing!! The owners are the kindest, funniest, most welcoming people ever. You don't even have to be gluten free to love their products! They're incredible!“

“The environment around the bakery is small but cozy. The workers here are so kind, and their Bundt cakes are even better. I really love their cream cheese frosting it is so tasty and addicting. I would definitely recommend you come try it. My favorite flavor personally is their red velvet Bundt cake.“

I embarked on a quest of taste testing vegan baked goods and dairy free recipes. Sadly, I quickly became disenchanted and resigned myself to life without delicious tasting baked goods. Luckily for me, my husband DISCOVERED KARINA's. One evening he came home with two boxes of Karina's dairy free bread, pastries, and chocolate cake. HEAVENLY best describes the flavors and taste.
