“Good enough as far as McDonald's are concerned. Slow, but the kids enjoyed the food.It's a shame they don't offer any real gluten free options. You can have a burger patty, but that's about it.

“I ordered via the mobile app, thinking I was ordering from the nearby Waukegan Rd location… but nope, had to actually leave my car and walk into Walmart. No big deal, took about 3 min to get my order, probably faster than the long line at the drive thru spot. Free mocha coffee thanks to the app - tasted great compared to other McDs. Fries were warm.. not HOT, McDouble was average. Friendly staff too.“
“5 stars because the manager was really sweet to try and help us. I had ordered a mobile order ahead of time when my sons bball game was finishing and we were running a bit behind. By the time we got there the food was lukewarm and the manager offered to make the whole order again, but I had all the kids waiting. It was the thought that she wanted to go above and beyond for us to have hot food!

“Went here at 2:20 a.m and the third shift manager definitely stepping on necks!!! Every thing was hot like it was fresh FRESH. Customer service was A1 and the employees were listening to music and head bobbin getting to their work! We love to see good customer service with a sprinkle of personality. Awesome job to the supervisor fr her staff, patience and the overall experience. It’s been awhile since I’ve had McDonalds but if I see her there I won’t hesitate to stop by the drive thru!“
“If I could give Flor 10 stars for customer service I would. I go to McDonald’s more times than I’d like to admit, but anytime Flor has taken my order she’s always been super nice & professional. It’s employees like her that deserve the raises & promotions. Overall this specific McDonald’s location has professional & friendly employees! Great experience everytime! 100/100!“
