this place is special. they have all kinds of great BBQ options, and they have a fantastic area outside with bags, pickle ball, and volleyball for when it's nice outside. great food and great service.
We had our wedding at hawthornes and it was such a fun and beautiful experience. Heidi was so attentive to my guest and most importantly my dog. She made sure everything was taken off our hands and helped make sure it was a stress free day. She took such good care of us and made sure we had the chance to eat and drink while we were busy greeting our guest. The food was outstanding and I will definitely come back to host future events. Second best BBQ I've ever eaten and by for the best I've experienced in Illinois. Little on the pricey side but as the old saying goes...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Well worth the price. Will definitely be back.
