I only ever order bean burritos from Taco Bell (this location is a combo KFC Taco Bell), and I’ve probably had hundreds. This is the first time someone has messed that up. I ordered two burritos. Beans were cold, cheese and onions were all bunched together in one side. Took one bite of each threw it out. If they can’t do a bean burrito I wouldn’t trust this location with anything. Never going back.
The original chicken was dry. Probably old. The potato wedges were dry and hard. They wouldn't give us dark meat like they had done in the past. After years of going to this location, my family will not go back.
So bad it’s comical . We order and they give us Pepsi zero instead of Pepsi, then they give it to us with no ice, I give it back to them and tell them they messed up and they let me know. They are out of Pepsi and out of ice.. on stop of being out of straws !!! This is just comical how bad this place is every time I come here. I have no idea how management hasn’t lost her job yet.
