There was a manager in site today, what a great experience! I come here often, and today was the best ever!! I have thought of skipping this location at McLean Elgin, I did appreciate the time and service i received. Today i had my meal in 5 minutes, the server called me by name and offered anything eles i needed, where it was located.
Ordered thru drive thru last Thursday night about 20 minutes prior to closing, got 5 chalupas, cheesy gordita crunch and lots of other things, the bill was over $62 and none of it was good. The steak had a lot of gristle and was dried out, none of the chalupas or cheesy gordita had been grilled and all of us got sick. Will definitely be calling to speak with a manager. Won't be visiting there again.
