“The chicken I pre-ordered with Daniel The night before Memorial Day was perfect. I was very specific of what I wanted and What time I wanted to pick it up exactly.
On Memorial Day, I called them when they opened. I spoke with a young lady to review my order.
Sent my granddaughter at the exact time. I told them when she got it back to the house we served and it was perfect. Fresh and hot! couldn’t have been better.“

Prior review—Nice to see the vegetarian options especially when it’s a chicken place. Delicious cauliflower sandwich, perfectly fried and seasoned. I appreciated the multitude of heat levels. The slaw, bun, sauce all added to the taste. I had one tiny issue with my meal and the customer service is top notch and addressed it right away.“

“Very Exciting News!!!

For the last several years when my daughter and I have gone to visit our family in Georgia they introduced us to this cute little restaurant called Chicken Salad Chick. After the 1st time it quickly became a favorite of ours, so every time we visit our family they know that we will be going to Chicken Salad Chick at least 2-3 times each visit.

Prior to 2021 we never even knew such a place existed.
It’s such a great meal, very light & flavorful, you just can’t go wrong with anything.

My daughter and I live in IL, so I have been checking the website to see if there was any chance that they would be opening any in our area.
I did find a few in Illinois, but they were all pretty far south from where I live, outside of Chicago.

The other day I happened to check the website again & I was thrilled to see that one recently opened in Glen Ellyn, IL.

I contacted my daughter immediately and we went the next day.
Not only was everything delicious as usual, but we had an overall wonderful experience.
The store was exceptionally clean.
Sonia, the general manager on staff, was very kind and welcoming.
The entire staff that was working there were all very friendly.
We love the menu, but the Grape Salad is our absolute favorite 💕

Glen Ellyn is still about a 40-minute drive for us if the traffic cooperates, but absolutely worth it.

The only thing I would love to see is a location open closer to the Schaumburg area!

Thank you to the franchise owners for taking a chance and opening up a couple in IL, we wish you much success and continued growth and expansion.
For anyone that has not been to a Chicken Salad Chick Restaurant, I would highly recommend.
Each chicken salad is so flavorful, they also have unique sides & yummy desserts.
Many gluten free options as well.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars

But this review is for the cook who never disappoints I appreciate the extra crispy chicken nuggets they have been cooking the best, normally the nuggets at other locations have been soggy in the middle Not this location the cook knows exactly what they’re doing. “We stopped in during a very busy time and the staff was clearly working hard to keep up. One of the employees kept apologizing because our broccoli salad was forgotten, but we completely understood how busy it was. The manager came out and kindly gave us a couple of free scoops for our next visit just for being patient, which was so thoughtful. It’s always great to see managers who are attentive and supportive of their team. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Haven't had browns in ages. My husband and I decided to stop in. The lady was super helpful, and very friendly. Husband had the 3 piece w a few sides. I did the fried mushrooms and their nostalgic coleslaw w a thigh. The food was all very fresh. The breading was much lighter in color and flavor than I remember, but was still good. The fried mushrooms were hot and decent sized. The dining room was a blast from that past and it was nice to have a stroll down memory lane . Will definitely consider their catering for the future. I do not care for kfc.“

“The food is always fresh, hot, and well-seasoned. What makes this location exceptional is how careful and secured the food's packaged and presented.. Everything is physically packed for transporting to an event: napkins, condiments, utensils, straws, etc. This might sound minor but if you have enough spilled containers, shabby lids on drinks, and grease stains to remove from your clothes; you would appreciate the care given to your food. Everything adds to your appreciation and enjoyment of the experience.
